3. Booking and Payment

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 2-year warranty on all painting work performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, peeling, and flaking under normal conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Informing us of any known hazards or issues with the property
• Providing adequate ventilation during and after painting
• Keeping pets and children away from work areas

6. Limitation of Liability

GUMMY PAINT LTD liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

For significant changes, we will notify existing customers via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
